This is used as a part of Bathing Ritual for Aura Cleansing every day. 

Take a small pinch and apply on the Nabhi, Heart, Throat and Forehead Centre Cleanses your chakras and keeps accumulated negative energy away. Ideally it has to be used just as you start taking your bath. Apply the turmeric like a tilak on these 4 centres before you stand under the shower and chant any Ganapati mantra. Shower after as usual.
